City of Louisville - PUBLIQ Software Customer
Category: Customer Spotlight

The City of Louisville, Georgia joined the PUBLIQ® Software family in January 2015. We had a chance to catch up with Saralyn Flonnory, Louisville’s City Clerk, to learn more about her and her experience as a PUBLIQ customer.

Saralyn has worked for the city’s Finance department for five years. She uses our Payroll, Accounting Suite, Centralized Collections, and Utility Billing applications on a daily basis. Saralyn joined her department right after our software was installed and loves working with it. She said what she likes most about our solutions is that they are user-friendly, which is helpful because her workdays are usually unpredictable. “I handle day-to-day posting of outside entries for ACH transfers from various accounts, while serving as back up for City Administrator,” Saralyn explained.

Aside from visiting our headquarters in Spartanburg, SC, for a one-on-one training session, Saralyn also recently attended our Connecting the Dots Regional Workshop in Augusta, GA. She said she enjoyed both: “All the seminars/training events are very informative and personable. It always seems like the trainers and sessions are geared to make it all about me and my city.”

When she’s not hard at work helping her city run smoothly, Saralyn is a full-time parent. She also enjoys watching football, doing DIY projects, and spending time with her family.

She concluded with, “We couldn’t ask for a better team!” We feel the same about our partnership with you and your office, Saralyn. Thank you for all your team does to serve the City of Louisville, GA. We look forward to helping you and your city continue to succeed!

The PUBLIQ team loves meeting our customers and would like to feature your office for a Customer Spotlight. If interested, please email [email protected], and a member of our Marketing team will get back to you.
