Susan Gregory joined our Batch Operations department last month as one of our growing team’s newest additions. Her new role is quite a change from her previous job, where she worked in banking as a loan processor. Looking for a new challenge, Susan said she’s excited to get to know her coworkers and continue learning about the customers we serve. As processing specialist, she processes real estate and vehicle tax notices, as well as utility bills, for various counties.
Susan is a Spartanburg, SC, native and graduated from Spartanburg Community College with a degree in business. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys walking and attending sporting events. Her favorites are football, basketball, and lacrosse. She also likes to watch movies and spend time with her friends and family, including her pup Hampton.
