Are You Prepared for Delayed Delivery of Bills and Tax Documents?

Last week, the United States Postal Service (USPS) announced delivery delays in addition to recent price increases. The new service standards will significantly change the delivery of first-class mail like letters, small packages, bills, and tax documents. The current three-day delivery time may take upwards of five days, especially in rural areas.

Current print customers

To counteract delivery delays, current PUBLIQ print customers can upload data files to Batch Operations as soon as the information is available. If you need assistance uploading Utility Bills for printing, visit our Knowledge Article in the Hub or contact us.

Why become a customer

If you currently don’t use our Print and Mail Services, you may want to start. We offer presorting and barcode automation, and we guarantee outgoing mail is delivered the same day to a USPS Distribution Center. This reduces the processing required by the USPS and may help with delivery times for certain areas. If you’re interested in learning more about our services, visit our Print and Mail page or contact us.

No matter how you get your bills and documents to customers, be sure to give your usual three-day delivery a week to reach its destination, especially as we near the busy holiday season.
