3. Technical Interview
You will be asked questions that are specific to the position you applied for to ensure you have the desired (required) skills to fill the position.
4. In-house Interview
It’s an opportunity for both parties to confirm they feel confident in a long-term working relationship. Is it a good fit? Do we share the same values?
5. Job Offer
So exciting! This is the formal written documentation that officially states we want you to be a part of our team.
