In August, James Dennis joined our Training team as our newest technical phone trainer. Growing up in Spartanburg, SC, he was already familiar with PUBLIQ and says he always wanted to get into the software industry. After working in commercial real estate and in banking doing business development, James decided to take a leap and apply to work with us. In his new role, James helps our customers understand how to navigate and use our tax software. He says he’s most excited to meet and serve customers as well as form friendships with his new coworkers.
James attended North Greenville University where he majored in business administration with a focus in management and leadership. He likes to spend his free time outside or working on house projects. He has a wild, eight-month-old Australian Shepherd/Poodle mix named Titus, and he’s a newlywed. He and his wife are expecting their first child in March 2022. A fun fact about James is that he has an identical twin! He also lives in Spartanburg, and people always get he and his brother confused.
