Laura Burrell has been a member of the PUBLIQ Client Services team for six years, and she recently became the team’s new supervisor. Before joining us, she attended Limestone College, where she received her bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing.
In her new role, Laura supports her team and assists them with troubleshooting customer issues. She also answers incoming calls and emails to ensure customers’ questions and concerns are addressed. Laura says she loves helping her teammates and customers understand the software.
Laura is a Campobello, SC, native. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her growing family – she and her husband have a 16-month-old son and are expecting another boy in April. They also have a chocolate lab named Duke. Laura also enjoys going to the lake in the summer and anything outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, golfing, and looking for arrowheads.
