Taryn Anderson joined the PUBLIQ Software team in September and has been busy settling in as our Marketing Manager. With a B.S. in Communication and Public Relations from Radford University, an M.S. in Digital Marketing from Temple University, and over 12 years of marketing experience, Taryn is excited to strengthen the bond we have with our clients. When asked what drew her to PUBLIQ, Taryn explained that while she saw a lot of potential for our software in the public sector, the personality of the team and the culture won her over.
Her team is responsible for defining and managing the PUBLIQ Software brand. They work to build brand awareness, nurture positive brand experiences, and promote PUBLIQ as the top choice in government software. She said, “No day is the same for marketing and advertising, and that’s why I love it. One day I’ll be dissecting data and working with vendors, and the next, I’ll be coming up with conference themes and working on a video shoot. It’s such an exciting field.”
Taryn’s hometown is Roanoke, Virginia, but she now lives in North Carolina with her husband and two dogs Wally and Shorty. When she’s not at work, she enjoys going on adventures with them, kayaking, hiking, painting, and spending time with her family and friends. You may even catch her rock climbing off the coast of Maine, running with bulls, or winning nationally recognized awards for her work!
