After being a long-time user of our software as a utility billing clerk, DeAndra joined Client Services as a remote technical phone trainer. Her previous job responsibilities and understanding of how our software works makes her the perfect addition to the team. Now, she installs our solutions and trains local governments and municipalities on how to use them.
DeAndra feels her new role will be a unique opportunity for growth, using her experience as a customer to help our team collaborate internally and with customers. She’s a true team player and believes collaboration is critical to success.
DeAndra currently lives in Louisiana, but she was born in San Antonio, TX and raised in Denver, CO. She enjoys being outdoors, shopping, the beach, and spending time with her son and daughter.
