Amanda Dickeson joined our Operations department in February as a technical trainer. She previously worked with our Utility Billing software as an office assistant for Coosawattee River Resort in Georgia. After working with the PUBLIQ team during their go-live process, she decided that joining us would be the perfect opportunity for her. Now, she’s settling into her new role as she continues learning and getting even more comfortable with our software solutions. Shortly after she started, Amanda even got the chance to assist her old colleagues at Coosawattee with their billing.
Amanda currently lives in her hometown of Ellijay, GA, and is majoring in business as a part-time student at Dalton State College. When she’s not working or studying, she likes to relax while watching movies and listening to music. Amanda enjoys hiking and kayaking and says she lives for traveling. Beaches and theme parks are her favorite places to be. She also has a cat named Boo, who keeps her company while she works.
